We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Assistant to join our organization in Adelaide, Australia. This is a temporary position  to cover parental leave on a 4-month contract, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Your day-to-day achievements will include:Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, statutory and standard formsPrioritising requests from your team, including staff working remotelyAssisting in marketing campaigns including the production of marketing materials and updating websitesManaging internal client databaseCoordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendasGeneral administration including, travel bookings, invoicing and expense claims management
